We are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If your custom mold does not meet your expectations or arrives with any defects, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within this period. Conditions for Return:

•  The mold must be unused and in its original condition.

• Custom designs are made just for you, so please contact us before initiating a return,and we will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund promptly. How to Initiate a Return: If you need to return your custom chocolate mold, simply contact our support team at hello@chocoelate.ca with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.

We understand that sometimes a replacement might be the best option. If you would prefer an exchange, we are happy to accommodate that within the same 30-day window.
